Six weeks provides the time needed to strengthen new ways of thinking, practise leadership behaviours under pressure and embed the authority and clarity required to lead effectively.

 

Each week focuses on a specific leadership capability, allowing you to apply what you learn directly within your role while receiving live coaching and support.

Leadership Essentials is delivered in small cohorts to ensure depth of discussion, meaningful coaching and real application within participants’ roles.

 

Each cohort runs for six weeks with live weekly sessions, allowing participants to strengthen their leadership capability while continuing to operate fully in their professional roles.
